Just sitting here and giving thanks for those of you who have been praying for dad and giving words of encouragement. It means alot. Thank you.
Dad is doing a bit better. His blood pressure is higher and he is in good spirits. The toughest part is getting used to him going back and forth between home and the hospital.
Currently, I'm listening to "Redefining Christianity" by Bob DeWaay again. It's really that good. Very easy to listen too. It isn't just cold theology. Also, his interviewer (Brian Flynn) is out of the New Age and can confirm some New Age related philosphies embedded in "Purpose Driven" (Session 9 especially). If you haven't yet listened to the series, I strongly encourage you to do so. They aren't hard to listen to, I promise!
Amazon has informed me that "Above All Earthly Powr's" has been shipped and should be here by this Thursday or Friday. I'm very eager to get it and start reading and reporting!
