...for hope and evangelism!
Even as things seem so hopeless, the Lord is still in charge. Although we may "...look up to the mountains..." we know "...where our help comes from." It comes from the Maker of Heaven and earth. (Psalm 121:1-2).
Although darkness may surround us, the battle is still the Lord's!
Let us renew our commitment to evangelism. Even if we are "shy" there is something we can do. Consider trying the following:
1. Visit this link and "take the test". This site has perhaps the clearest Gospel presentation I have seen.
2. Get yourself a stack of "Post-it Notes" and write "www.needgod.com" (the above web site) on each one. Nothing else is needed.
3. Wherever you go, take those post-its with you. If you go to the library, stick one on a computer monitor. Stick one on a door as you pass by. Stick on on the restroom mirror.
Does this work? Yes! People pick them up, read them and take them. You may never see the results in this lifetime but God will honor the effort. And it's not expensive. Just some paper and some graphite from a pencil! What's a soul worth?
Even if you have to do "chicken evangelism" (as I have done at times) -- do it!
